Pantry Pilot

Terms of service

Effective November 2, 2026. Draft: these terms will be reviewed by a lawyer before Pantry Pilot opens to the public.

1. Private test

Pantry Pilot is an early app in private testing. It is offered free to invited testers only. It may change, break or stop at any time.

2. Using the app

Use the app for your own household's meal planning and shopping. Don't try to break, copy or misuse it, or use it to collect other people's data.

3. Prices and plans are estimates

Prices, totals and savings in the app are estimates. Your store's receipt is what you actually pay. Always check prices, coupons and products at the store.

4. Food and health

Food storage times come from the USDA. Meal plans are suggestions, not medical or nutrition advice. Check labels yourself for allergies, and follow safe food handling.

5. Store accounts

If you connect a grocery store account, your use of the store's website, cart and checkout follows that store's own terms. Pantry Pilot is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any grocery retailer.

6. Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to delete it.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" during testing, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: brandon.casino.gamble@gmail.com
